French midfield star Adrien Rabiot appeared in press statements after the 1-0 victory over Belgium in the 16-final of the European Nations Cup "Euro 2024".

The player said “I feel happy, of course. We are happy to qualify for the quarter-finals. It was not an easy match, against a good Belgian team, but we are ready for any kind of challenge.”

He added: “It is clear that there is a lot of satisfaction when scoring in the last minutes. We played well, pressed, and created chances without being able to convert them into goals.”

He concluded. : “When a win comes like this, there is relief. We could have scored early and given ourselves a break, but there is a real sense of satisfaction when it comes late like this.”
