Swiss Marcel Kohler, the coach of Al-Ahly team, complained about the pressure of the team’s matches in the league championship during the current period.

Kohler led the Red Giants to victory over Pharco in the 28th round of the Egyptian League, with two goals to one, and continues the journey to preserve the title.

Kohler stated during the press conference after the match that, according to his experience, for the first time in his career he is watching a team that will play 20 matches in two months, and that this does not exist anywhere in the world.

The coach stressed that no team plays 75% of the season in two months, pointing out the necessity of distributing the matches, and demanded finding a solution after playing many matches in many tournaments.

The Swiss coach explained that playing a match every 48 hours is difficult and affects the players physically and mentally due to the lack of rest, and that despite the rotation, there is great mental fatigue.
